Why Italian Cuisine Week

The Italian Cuisine Week in the World is promoted every November by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in over 100 countries. Timing the mission to coincide with it means arriving when Italian culture and food are already in the spotlight — useful for anyone in agri-food, but a good backdrop for any sector.
